Payment and Cancellation PolicyPAYMENT: We accept payment in cash, traveller's cheques and by certified cheque. We also require a credit card number to reserve your booking. By booking the Guest House with your credit card, you agree that you are purchasing your accommodation at Beck Lake Bed and Breakfast with Luxury Guest House, Nanaimo, British Columbia. If you do not honour your reservation or cancel your booking as outlined below, the balance due will be charged to your credit card. CANCELLATION POLICY: If your reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to your check-in date, we will issue a transferable gift certificate for the full value of your one-night pre-payment. This gift certificate is in lieu of a refund and can be transferred to another person. Reservations for one week or more must be secured with a credit card. Payment is made by cash, traveller's cheque or certified cheque upon arrival. Reservations which are not honoured will be charged to your credit card. RATES: Discover our Serenity space with a private bedroom and bath and shared living room. Please e-mail us for current exchange rates for U.S. Dollars, Euros, Japanese Yen and other currencies. Rates include all applicable taxes. There is a three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends. For weekly or monthly stays or other special requirements or arrangements, please contact us. Check In Time is 4 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. We will store luggage for those who arrive early. We also have two spots for RV Parking.
