Payment and Cancellation PolicyPAYMENT: We accept payment in cash, traveller's cheques and by certified cheque. We also require a credit card number to reserve your booking. By booking the Guest House with your credit card, you agree that you are purchasing your accommodation at Beck Lake Bed and Breakfast with Luxury Guest House, Nanaimo, British Columbia. If you do not honour your reservation or cancel your booking as outlined below, the balance due will be charged to your credit card. CANCELLATION POLICY: If your reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, we will issue a transferable gift certificate for the full value of your one-night pre-payment. This gift certificate is in lieu of a refund and can be transferred to another person. Reservations for one week or more must be secured with a credit card. Payment is made by cash, traveller's cheque or certified cheque upon arrival. Reservations which are not honoured will be charged to your credit card. RATES: Discover our Serenity Suite at a special introductory rate for 2007. Please e-mail us for current exchange rates for U.S. Dollars, Euros, Japanese Yen and other currencies. Rates do not include the 6% G.S.T. tax. Non-Canadian visitors can apply to have this tax amount refunded. There is a three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends. Spring Break, Christmas & New Years $120.00 per night for the Guest House - or $98.00 per night for stays of two nights or more; and $79 per night for the Serenity Suite. There is no discount for multiple night stays in the Serenity Suite. Winter monthly rates are available upon request. A damage deposit is required. Check In Time is 4 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. We will store luggage for those who arrive early. We also have two spots for RV Parking.
